一、Responsibilities:
-Manage and support all HR related activities of Transport Operations in China
-Enhance recruitment links with external contacts, in co-ordination with Transport Resourcing Manager
-Identify resources and opportunities for internal mobility
-Lead job evaluation and job grading exercise for all employees working for Transport Operations China
-Influence joint ventures Management on all HR matters
二、Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above with business administration or human resources education
-8-10 years experience in management position as HR generalist
-Knowledge in plants or JVs required
-Good knowledge of China labour Laws and regulations
-Fluent speaking and writing English
三、待遇：
月薪3.0-3.5万元/月左右；具体面议
