My manager is: Property Serivce Director ? Work Level 3

My job is:
To manage a programme of design projects with different timescales and complexities simultaneously to provide the right design solution for customers and staff, achieve consistency across all stores and formats, at the right cost for Tesco.

I am a Work Level 2 because:
I support my team to deliver service and / or manager other resources to deliver service using analysis and judgement


I spend:
25 % of my time preparing and presenting design solutions
25 % of my time visiting sites to implement standards
25 % of my time developing designs with suppliers
25 % of my time identifying continual improvement opportunities for competitor and internal reviews


I know I've done a great job if:
I design changes to make stores simpler for staff and better for customers
I submit the best design standard solutions to governance groups
I achieve Key performance Indicators whilst balancing quality and best value
I identify and make cost savings whilst maintaining quality and fit for purpose of designs
I deliver individual design projects that achieve design standards and meet
I foster great working relationships with design agencies so that they deliver consistently and provide a value for money rvice
I develop innovative solutions for non standard design issues
