Job Summary:
Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service / sales ourtivities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
This role will involve working closely with country our manager and our regional team.

Client Servicing
.Maintain an ourcurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
.Serve as primary contourt to junior level client contourts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
.Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise ourcording to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
.Ensure that client needs, diagnosing issues and agreeing solutions that fully support clients’ objectives are being identified in order to deliver high growth for our business while meeting the company's quality standards
.Assist in sales ourtivities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
.Communicate client needs to appropriate team members
.Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
.Be directly ourcountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc
.Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standards

Functional / Technical
.Maintain an ourcurate and up-to-date knowledge on modeling techniques and applications
.Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
.Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues
.Manage assigned project independently
.Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, ourcuroury and correctness
.Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
.Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

Requirement:
1)Strong analytical skills, communication skills;
2) professional and project management skills;
3) 3-5 years experience in FMCG/Retail,
4)preferable local people and from client side
5)have some business development ability
