Tasks:
- Develop and implement Business Strategy:
Development and introduction of the business strategy within the District
Define and implement strategic programs and projects (i.e. KPI, vacant space management; office consolidation, office set-up/relocation/expansions)
Implementation of general standards and processes within the District (i.e. asset reduction, design & layout standards)
Development of advanced office / space concepts for tenants (i.e. flexible offices, workplace management) within the District

- Space/Asset Management
Proactive evaluation of mid-term and long-term space requirements of offices and companies within the District
Provision of fully equipped space at market oriented conditions, including location concept, site-selection, renovation and daily operation, with effective space utilization
Implementation of workplace management standards / principles; implementation of advanced office/space concepts for tenants / users (i.e. think tanks, flexible offices)

- Corporate Lease and Service Management:
Strategic monitoring of all lease contracts of Divisions and Companies in the District
Implementation of consistent lease- and service agreements / processes
Negotiations and closing of external and rental contracts and internal rental agreements (incl. services)
Lead team to monitor and provide best-in-class service to internal customers and keep office maintained in a good condition.
Keep customer in a high customer satisfactory level
Support Operation companies to handle real restate issues.
Safety and Security representative in the District

- Key Account Manager for specified BUs:
Single contact of Company towards the specified BU Executive Management aligning the Group Strategy with the real estate strategy
Lead / Support national or global BU real estate related project

- Continuous development and improvement of the Company portfolio:
Analysis and identification of opportunities & risks of the Company portfolio (from an owner's point of view) within the District. Businesses penetrate into operating companies, e.g. consulting and FM outsourcing in manufactory.
Development and control of measures to improve the portfolio (i.e. customer acceptance, quality, profit from operations)
